Pricing and credits FAQ
Straight answers about billing, credit delivery, commercial use, expiration, plan changes, and refunds.
How do EZMiniMax credits work?
Credits measure AI usage. Each model and workflow has a listed cost based on resolution, duration, output count, audio, reference inputs, and provider cost. The form shows the estimated total before you submit a generation.
Can I buy credit packs without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not require a subscription. Subscriptions provide recurring monthly credits, higher AI-task concurrency, and member rates on regular credit packs. You can use both together; EZMiniMax spends the credits that expire soonest first.
Can I use generated images and videos commercially?
Yes. As between you and EZMiniMax, you have full control over the outputs you generate, and EZMiniMax does not claim ownership of them. You may download, edit, publish, and use them for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You remain responsible for having the necessary rights to prompts, uploads, trademarks, likenesses, and other input materials, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights. Whether an AI-assisted output qualifies for copyright protection, and the scope of that protection, may depend on the applicable jurisdiction and your human creative contribution; EZMiniMax cannot guarantee copyright registration or exclusivity.
How long do credits last, and do they roll over?
Each subscription installment is valid for 30 days from its actual grant time, while one-time credit packs are valid for 365 days. Every credit batch keeps its own expiration date, so a renewal, upgrade, or new purchase does not extend older credits.
Are annual-plan credits delivered all at once?
No. Annual plans are billed upfront, but credits arrive in 12 monthly installments: the first after the annual invoice is paid and the next 11 on monthly anniversaries. Every installment is valid for 30 days. Annual pricing equals about 12 monthly payments for Lite, 11 for Basic, 9 for Plus, and 7 for Pro.
How do subscriber discounts on credit packs work?
The cash price of a regular credit pack stays the same, while subscribers receive extra credits. That lowers the effective cost per credit by 6% for Lite, 15% for Basic, 20% for Plus, and 25% for Pro. Your exact total is confirmed at checkout, and purchased credits remain in your account if you later cancel the subscription.
What happens to credits when a generation fails?
After an AI task reaches a final failed state, its charge is reversed once. Unexpired credits return to the exact credit batches used by the task and keep their original expiration dates. Credits whose original batch has already expired are recorded as expired rather than becoming a new usable balance.
Do you offer refunds?
Except where required by applicable law, payments for subscriptions and credit packs are final and non-refundable, including unused credits. Credits automatically restored after a final generation failure are account credits, not a cash refund. If you notice an unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, or other exceptional billing error, contact support@ezminimax.com promptly with your account email, invoice or receipt ID, charge date and amount, an explanation, and supporting evidence. Never send your full card number or security code. Our support team will review exceptional cases individually, but a review does not guarantee a refund.
What happens if I cancel my subscription renewal?
You can stop renewal at any time. Your plan and member benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing period. Existing subscription credits keep their original 30-day expiration dates, and separately purchased credits keep their original expiration dates as well.
How do subscription upgrades affect billing and credits?
EZMiniMax upgrades the existing subscription instead of creating a second one. A paid monthly-to-higher-monthly upgrade adds a time-prorated credit difference for the remaining period, expiring with that period's original subscription credits. Switching from monthly to the same or a higher annual plan starts a new annual period and grants the target plan's first full monthly installment. Existing unexpired credits keep their original expiration dates. Annual-to-higher-annual upgrades use the new allowance from the next scheduled monthly installment. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes are not currently supported.
